She takes the time to listen and then understand what goals you are trying to aim for and then she puts the right practice into place to guide you, always working with a positive attitude. We have now been with Inspire Excellence fand Krystyna for over 3 years now and they offer a great HR advise service. Krystyna is easy to get hold of and advise is always sound and she helps us stay firm but fair with any employee issues with have allowing us to focus on our main business. After with being over half a dozen other HR advisers before them, they are by far the best we used.
