Like all the other posts I've read, my thoughts on this company are exactly the same. My experience with these people are just short of disgraceful and the company needs shutting down. Absolutely awful work on the property we are buying and are trying our best to pull out. I can only hope and recommend that nobody ever buys a house from this company as I'm pretty sure they will have nothing but issues like myself and that the house won't be worth it's value in years to come. The director of this company as well as his son have appeared on Rogue Traders who have been involved in mortgage fraud. Terrible company and should be avoided at all costs

Bought our first house from this company. We had a few snags on the day of moving in but they managed to get them completed within a few days. Very smooth process and would recommend. Can't complain - our neighbours are also very happy.

Have just finished the process of buying our new home with Global New Homes on Appleton Walk and we have been more than happy with the service we have received from Day One. Our sales executive Wes has been exceptional and provided outstanding customer service - even to the point of calling us to see how things were whilst he was on holiday. From the start of the home buying process, we have felt very much like we were dealing with a friend - and somebody who would not let us down or allow us to be stressed out in any way. From the very beginning, Wes made us feel comfortable, welcome and excited about buying our new home - and weve been cared for and checked on at every single point along the way and this put us very much at ease. All new builds come with snags - and since our move-in date we have had only a couple of leaky radiators to deal with - these have been sorted within hours of reporting by the incredible site team. Other snags may appear over time - but this is to be expected with a new build. Over the course of the home buying process, we have dealt with the site manager Chris - who, on a number of occasions has taken time out of his busy day to go above and beyond what would normally be expected - even watering our turf for us when wed paid for this fitting. Chris has helped us make choices with our new home to suit us, and is always on hand to offer advice and support with the home. Over the course of the build, our new home has always been treated with respect by Wes, Chris and all other site workers - builders are happy to come in and help out if needed (always removing boots) and are happy to speak to us. Overall, I would 100% recommend Global New Homes and especially Wes and Chris - both who have been unmatched in their customer service levels and good natured approach to this potentially hard and stressful situation. I have read other reviews regarding Global New Homes, and honestly do not understand them - we have had nothing but outstanding service and as I say, we would recommend the company to our friends.

stay away from this builder, forced us to use their solicitors if not they would resell the house, have hidden charges when buying the house, I rang their managing director to check if using their solicitors was a must and he said No then I get a phone call from the salesmen 20 minutes later with him shouting and swearing down the phone telling me that I'm pissing him off for checking if we can use our own solicitors, global new homes and BAK contracts have been on rogue traders earlier this year for there terribly built houses and dodgy fraud, most banks wont go near this site due to their fake warranty, asked for our deposit back and they refused until they got us a mortgage through them which wasn't stated in the contract, once we managed to get them to refund our 500 they told us five days for it to be in our banks, 7 days later we chase them up and they never even processed it, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER
