        I have been in secure hospitals for apr 17 years since I have been with cygnet bury and esp cygnet fountains my life has transformed beyond belief iam in construction and this place given me alot of freedom and the patient's are well and productive due to the nature of the way inwich this place is run I rate this place 100%

        Prison format regulations, supervised visits and bag searches, patients can be held for up to four years against parents wishes, the hospital at the Harbour is far more caring and comfortable than this awful environment where rehabilitation is processed in a prisoner format, online reviews are alarming and worryingly in large numbers,
