When I first booked an appointment I went in for a consultation and skin test and Gail spent ages with me going through what my hair is like, what my routine is and what I wanted and really made me feel at ease. I have had so many years of going to hairdressers who do not understand curly hair and finally I have found an expert and my hair has never looked better!
