I booked an appointment for my daughter a month in advance anticipating the Busy xmas period. I gave my contact details should there be any issue I called the salon on the day of the appointment to confirm the booking was still valid given the icy weather....there was no answer so I left a message. I did not receive a callback so I made my way to the salon with my one year old in the minus conditions only to find: 1: the shop entrance had not been cleaned of ice 2: the appointment was cancelled as staff off sick The excuse given was that they didnt have my number and that the salon phone was not working so they hadnt got my message. Absolutely ridiculous....customer service is appalling. Will not be booking here again. Service: Kids' cuts
