        Rude, incompetent and appalling are the few words I would use to describe this company. They are very unhelpful when it comes to providing service for their customers. I had an error with a printing job however they did not advise me that this was incorrect because I had not specifically told them so?? As a company who prints lots of leaflets and invites ect this should be done as a matter of courtesy and good customer service however this is one of the many things the company lack in. Fix up and in the future please greet your customers with a smile and a solution!
