        Stood there for ages not knowing where to go with no one to ask then so called security comes out on his phone asking who we are and what we want! Seriously getting paid to do absolutely nothing but talk on his phone I don't think he could out run a turtle never mind anything else! So called advisers don't know there back from their front and have absolutely no manners or compassion very very rude and very judgey make you feel like scum to be honest I hope I genuinely never have to enter this place ever again never been made to feel so low in my life! You definitely need new security and staff with more understanding of peoples situations especially when it's completely out of you're control. If you do ever have to visit this place be prepared to be made to feel really bad about yourself and situation and don't expect any help because you WILL NOT get any
