        Went in to see balloons and the lady was on the phone. It was a personal call she was on which was fair enough. She put the phone down and proceeded to demand that we use the hand sanitiser before we came in. Then she showed us some arrangements of balloons. The she started doing her Spanish homework which consisted of a child meme speaking very loud in Spanish. We left shortly after did not purchase balloons because of this

        Terrible parking, was kept outside in rain for 25mins even tho sign said back in 5min, very rude when she turned up with the ppl waiting outside, demanding to see face masks and directing us to hand sanitiser even before we entered the shop soaking wet!! After that i left empty handed no new years cards
