This Man leaves you with half finished job, The stress we had to go through because of him is unbelievable. He took originally 3500 of me & made me pay another 3000 & wanted more & more even though he originally agreed a price & never kept his promise. I was promised he will do us a bespoke kitchen but he was cutting caucuses to fit which were ready made. The mess he made in my house am having to re decorate my house. Due to his mistakes I had no Kitchen from 10th of December till now, he kept on ignoring my calls. He tells you pack of lies. Due to his negligence I had no heating for few days and costing me hundreds to put my heating right but he wouldn't even take the responsibility that was his fault to keep things sweet I still not sacked him so he can finish my kitchen but no he still haven't finished. I must admit to get the job he will be polite & every time you mention anything he will say he is been doing this job for 25 years what a loads of rubbish. Ripping people for 25 years I would say. I tell you he is been messing with people's time and money & I just found before me 4 of his customers had the same issues. Wish I had read his reviews. He is now working with Wern's Kitchen, Good Luck Wrens Kitchen he will make you proud. He will tell you he hasn't paid his rent for 3 months & split up with his mrs but still staying with her and so polite to her everytine she rang which was unbelievable too. I wish I never had meet this man & I really like to take him to trading standards as well as Watch Dog to show what sort of trades man he is and I tell you what if he comes near me I will. My family is really upset due to this man. I helped this man with money due to the problems he told me hense he still not respected and left me with unfinished job. He gave a cut list to the manufacturer after checking the sizes they are still not correct, don't forget the previous 4 doors & a work top needs to be binned due to 25 years experienc. Even though I knew half way through what sort of person he is I couldn't afford to just give up hoping he will finish our Kitchen. It's been one month and 5 days we haven't used our kitchen due to this man. One thing I can say good about him he was polite and he did designs a kitchen which didn't not tuned out right. I am now having to pay more to fix the mess he left me with.

My actual rating is zero. I had this firm install some fitted wardrobes for me 3 years ago and other than being a day late and arriving with the wrong colour wood all was well. I now need some more joinery work doing and thought I would use Glenn again - what a mistake to make! Glenn took a 400 deposit from me in Jan and agreed to start on the job on the 9th Feb. He confirmed at the end of Jan that he could still start on the 9th so I booked the day off work, arranged for my new tv to be delivered, booked a decorater, electrician and company to fit the new flooring. After many, many attempts to contact Glynn on the 8th to confirm he would still start in the morning he contacted me at 9pm to say he would have to delay until the Monday. He confirmed on the Sunday that he would be with me at 9.30am Mon. I received a text from Glenn at 8.30am Mon saying he would not be with with me until 10am as he had slipped and hurt his knee. 10am arrived and no Glenn, he fobbed me off saying he couldnt drive and then didnt answer any of my phone calls and texts - even when I asked for my 400 deposit back! I called my bank who gratefully said they would claim my 400 back from Glenns account, I left Glenn a voicemail and text asking for him to refund me that morning and told him I had been in touch with my bank and they are reporting him to his bank. The refund finally came through at around 2pm. I have lost 2 days holiday due to Glenns incompetence and have had to defer all of the other work that should be taking place this week whilst I find another joiner - thanks Glenn! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - THE TIME WASTING AND STRESS YOU WILL BE PUT THROUGH IS TERRIBLE.

Good work but paid him for the job and when he didn't put a door on properly I rang him to fix it and he's ignored me ever since! Robbing people of for the sake of a door it's discusting
