DONT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE Well Renew, despite the efforts of your operative who was the only redeeming aspect of dealing with renew I regret ever dealing with you. A total of 21 months, 7 or 8 visits by operatives, 3 times emptying and moving fridge and freezers from the utility and countless hours on the phone, all to have some water damaged laminate replaced (also stored the laminate in our utility for a year), which should have been done in just a few days. I now understand what one of your operatives told me about you when visiting the house, that you as a company are penny pinching and will put saving money before service to the customer. Service: Laminate floor installation
