DO NOT BUY. AVOID. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We bought a treadmill from this company over lockdown. Barely used it until about six months ago when I started using it to do 5k 2-3 times a week for about 6 weeks, that was until the board under the conveyor belt snapped. Just for reference I was about 12st 9lb at the time. So should not really have happened. I however contacted the company who were initially helpful and agreed to send me a replacement part for 50 + 30pp. A week or so later I received a chipped piece of black MDF, without the factory fitted accessories to make it compatible for fitting. Despite several attempts to contact the customer service agent that I had been dealing with and the wider team via email, and by phone (the line just rings once and goes dead) in order to find an equitable solution. I have so far (over 6 weeks) been completely ignored.

Customer services were very prompt in answering my email asking for help with my Mini Stepper. I had accidently created a fault with the item - which I was able to correct quite easily. The machine is very robust and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. A first rate product and follow up services.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I bought the "fit4home Treadmills For Home Foldable Running Machine TFD2450" exactly 12 months and one week ago, it broke EXACTLY after the warranty. Invest in something a bit more expensive that can live up to 10 years, instead of paying for this garbage.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What a truly aweful experience. Air resistance exercise bike was flimsy and made of cheap nasty components, pivoting arms snapped within just a few days of use. Constant back and forth nonesense communication with seller, unwilling to respond in a timely manner or offer corrective services. Absolute waste of time. After weeks and weeks of nonestop useless communication from seller, one reply every 2-5 days, finally received postage label, except they sent incorrect postage label complete with another buyers personal sensitive information including their full name and address??!!!!??? NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
