    Will not accept my bank statement claiming its self printed when it cost me 24 in train fares to obtain a printed statement and what makes me laugh is the photo of my printed statement is off the desk of my HSBC advisor. Delaying my application since 7th Feb 2023 and its now 4th April 2023. DBS have advised me taxi plus must update their procedures.

    We contacted them on 20.01 where I had an email saying that they will be in touch soon, the second email was a joke from T.H-g on 30.01.23 it was noted there that they missed us... 10 days of waiting for the application to be approved to apply for your services, are you serious? On behalf of LSHiking.

    Worst customer service I ever had. The women on the phone was very rude. They filled in my application wrong. I phone them before they send my details off and they assured me yeah everything as it should be. They didnt put my previous name in the right section. Then said sorry we dont check customers previous names. Why did They ask for deed pol certificate for my previous name if they are not going to check it put it in the correct section? Instead of helping she just says use another company. When asked if I can speak to anyone to put a complaint in? She says I am the manager you got to deal with me. Absolute joke of a company.
