Trying to get appointments is a complete joke you ring first thing like you told to be in a qu for ages to be told sorry no appointments try again tomorrow low and behold the next day same situation I think my family members will be dead before they manage to get an appointment I've been with this surgery since birth and unfortunately it's gone to the pits the only doctor that has time for the paitents and listens is Dr Singh but unfortunately you can't get to see him .....telephone appointments are no good COVID has been n gone the world is getting back to some sort of normality so the surgery should to ....no wonder the hospitals are overflowing and nurses over worked Purley because doctors won't see people and you can't get appointments people need to give their heads a wobble and if it's nothing major go to the chemist and self medicate pharmacists can advise n if they can't help they advise you to go the doctors it might free up appointments for people that really need them !!!!!!

I called 8am for an appointment as I had a cough for 3 weeks. I had telephone appointment with DR Datta who booked me in to see Nazia the same morning. She was extremely busy, but ensured I had a full asthma review as well as some blood tests. She was professional as well as friendly throughout and certainly went the extra mile. Was asked to go back in and see DR Datta and a follow up appointment made. The reception team had a couple of irate patients due to wait time over 10 minutes. They were professional and offered an alternative. Everyone worked together as a team, it was a busy morning on the phones and surgery busy. If you are lucky enough to get a doctors appointment show up, be respectful you have no idea what they have just had to deal with.

Absolutely awful. Don't bother booking an appointment because their waiting times are worse than A&E. The receptionists are all either terrifying, rude or nonchalant... their solution is to go to the hospital if you REALLY need help... I'm so disgusted with this practice. There's a few lovely doctors however the whole clinic is falling apart on Administration and the element of compassion which is vital in a health care practice. Prescriptions are rationed and you must beg for an appointment. Look up the 'Mrs Bibi Syndrome' - it perfectly describes the attitude around here. Fun fact - receptionist pulled a dirty face at me today and told me other patients have been waiting 50 minutes and I can rearrange if I want. If I knew her name I'd name her , glasses , short, black hair and no soul.
