Excellent service for my 9 year old daughter.All of the receptionists very professional and so helpful and the doctors we have seen have been excellent.cannot fault anything.

I have always found hollins grove surgery very caring since Dr zaki came and replaced the previous Dr but since covid sorry to say the surgery has really gone done hill takes forever to get through on the phone still not offering face to face appointments unless I beg just want things to go back to how they used to be at hollins grove surgery

This surgery used to be excellent before covid. Dr Zaki is my favourite doctor but now I never get to see him and just get palmed off to anyone! Its extremely frustrating when you have to explain your condition to new doctors, especially when they dont seem to look at notes documented. The reception staff are highly incompetent, especially the new ones. Can also be extremely rude and lack empathy. This can be severely detrimental to vulnerable people. I have had to ring 111 on numerous occasions which is a complete waste of resources, due to the surgerys incompetence. And now today, not even bank holiday and the bank holiday voicemail is on I bet theyre wondering why the surgery is so quiet today. Bright sparks, the lot of them. Definitely will be moving surgery after today.
