Awful. Told them I felt depressed and they told me to have a hot milk before bed. Ridiculous and very patronising

Amazing service. The receptionists are brilliant and friendly (i know its rare) the GPs whether consistent or covering are all lovely and genuinely care. Only issue is the owner whose manner leaves a little to be desired. Otherwise fabulous surgery! Would highly recommend.

Receptionists are very helpful and got back to me ASAP about an appointment on the same day. This has happened to me on a couple of occasions. For a change, the receptionists are not rude at all. I feel they are approachable and the doctors and nurse are doing an incredible job! The doctors will go the extra mile to ensure you're in the best of health. The only thing I can put them down for,, is having outdated equipment like blood pressure machine etc. Other than that, great GP!

Sorry to do this i really am - but this surgery is just a joke - if i could afford to go private i would in a heart beat. I try not to bother unless im really worried about something. This is now the 3rd time since my daughter was born that i have tried to get an appointment for her and they have failed her miserably each time - she is only 2 - the first time she was just 5 months old and they refused to see her due to covid to the point she very nearly ended up in hospital due to a repeated "misdiagnosis" over email/phone appointments. The 2nd time they refused to see her because one of her symptoms was high temp - they promised a call back and "forgot" to put her on the callback list. Today i am told they will only see emergency appointments because they have only 1 clinician in?! I wasnt even asked what it was for to see if her appointment is classed as an emergency - they just put the phone down! If its an emergency im going to A&E not to the Dr??? Im in total disbelief at the level of service - it should be standard practice to see babies and young children who cant yet tell you where it hurts as a priority! Unfortunately this is becoming the norm in Blackburn with shortage of surgeries and over development of new housing estates its only going to get worse

I can't believe that in this day and age a GP surgery cannot provide disabled parking and neither does this surgery provide wheelchair access. It's terrible! My disabled daughter is unable to go to the GP due to these major problems which they refuse to acknowledge!!
