Visited Ewood several times recently. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dr Ray, receptionists Julie, Karen & Michelle the nurse all deserve mentions. Thanks for all your care and help.

Julie (receptionist) was very professional and polite and booked me in for my appointment with Shazia (nurse). The staff here work very hard and always try to go above and beyond to help you. I received an excellent service from professional caring staff. Thank you all. Mark

I'm late for the appointment for 7.30, 'dont be late' said the receptionist firmly, A dredded blood test scheduled for today, The thought of needles causing dismay, 10 mins and welcomed with ' good morning', I thought I was in for a scorning, Saw the nurse (Shazia)straight away, 'it didn't hurt!'..I'm glad to say, Then Julie told me what I was to expect, Prompt results or a call if something suspect, Then a little chat about the world today, All the affairs put right in our very own way, All in all an example of unity, A doctor's surgery should be like this, about the community!!
