Ignorant service wouldn't try blackburn again and also close a lot earlier than closing hours

Very upset after my last visit. Got refused to eat in even though the closing times was more than an hour later. Just to see 20m later some other people getting a table to eat in. There were many tables available but it looked like staff just wanted to close up early. I got charged 7 for blue seven up and the cookie dough we ordered was so thin. The difference in quality between eating in and ordering out is shocking and I would definitely not recommend taking out from here. It has really fallen behind a lot of other desert stores in Blackburn and I have gotten to the stage where I would rather go to a local petrol station and get desert from there rather then come back here. Thank you.

Dreadful experience, 3 of us went. Firstly made to wait 20mins. Another 15 before order was taken. Both my mates received their orders (at different times). After another 20mins my order still hadn't come, only to be told it hadn't yet been made. Ended up cancelling my order. On top of that, they added service charge to my mates orders. . #JOKE
