Placed an order on a working day Thursday and paid 8.99 for delivery to be delivered between 1-2 working days and its been a week no delivery, no reply to phone calls, no reply to emails. This is worst management for good quality clothes. Will never order from here anymore. Order number - J50868 I will definitely ask for a refund and iam sure it will be a struggle with returns at my cost.

Absolutely amazing shop with great service. Our family of 4 went in to do our Umrah shopping there today. The young girl was very helpful with thobes for my husband and son. We bought 6 between them, a burkah for my daughter and a head scarf with full coverage for myself. All were very good quality at reasonable price. She advised swiftly and with good knowledge of the stock held in the shop. We travelled from Manchester and asked where the local best places to eat would be and were directed to Whalley Range, where the food hub was. Thank you for making our Umrah shopping such a wonderful experience.

Appalling customer service. I have been ordering abayas for work from their website for quite some time until they were removed from the website. I have in the past messaged the company via WhatsApp where they have sent me an invoice and I have received my order without any problems. Most recently - on July 2nd 2022 I messaged again asking if they had had my size in stock, I was told on that same day that someone would check and get back to me within 1-2 working days. Fast forward to the Saturday 12th of November where I have still not received a reply (since July) and therefore have messaged again to query. I am told on this day that they will check and get back to me by Monday (2 days time). I receive a response on the 17th of November instead, stating they do have what I need in stock; I reply on the same day asking to place an order for x amount if possible, I receive no response. I message the company again on the 5th December and am yet to receive a response. If the company cannot provide support via WhatsApp, then please remove this as an option to contact yourselves. Further to this, if you have certain abayas in stock, would it not make sense to put them back on the website so customers can make a purchase as opposed to waiting 5 months for some kind of response?
