Drakes Dental Care

I visited the dentist today for a routine check up and hygiene. The dentist Dr Mirgahni carried out a wonderful job and was very informative. The staff including Rosmin the receptionist were cheerful and warm. Thanks for the kind hearted service!

Although the tooth removal was 5 seconds the brutalilty of the dentist was not good I felt butcherd I screamed in pain when the injection hit my nerve I kept telling them I could feel it still and the dentist should I say surgeon was angry with me not a good experience had less pain during childbirth!

Absolutely horrid experience with this dental practice as a whole. Firstly before I was paying for my treatments they would never call us for an appointment. Thereafter when paying for a treatment I desperately needed they failed their attempt 3 times and repeatedly called me back for a new attempt. The dentist failed to understand that patients are taking time out of busy schedules and dont have time to run around back and forth due to the dentists incompetence. After the treatment, the receptionists showed their incompetence by completely messing up the records of the money I needed to pay for the treatment. When I use a service I will be ready to pay straight away. However these receptionists went back and forth saying I have paid all the money when I told them I still had an instalment left. Thereafter they sent me away and 2 weeks later I get a phone call with threats from the receptionists to pay the remaining money. I can understand the misunderstanding however the way they made out I was robbing from them was disgusting. This problem was due to their incompetence and failure to do their job correctly. I was made to feel very uncomfortable with their sickening attitude and the audacity to yell at me on the phone due to a mistake they made themselves. I rarely leave reviews unless its needed for consumers and general public to be aware of the service they will receive. Definitely steer clear from drakes dental care and especially if you are paying for your treatments. You will not be seen as a patient with needs and instead as an object that provides them money.
