Harvey Dental Care

Unfortunately the receptionist has a complete lack of empathy, or understanding. Given the fact that the dentist refused to see me after I was 5 minutes late, even though I have been made to 10 minutes+ on every occasion Ive attended, a bit of leeway wouldnt go amiss. The irony is that the same dental problem couldve been dealt with on the 2 occasions that I attended my appointments, but the dentist couldnt find any issues? A tooth doesnt hurt for no reason? And not to mention, I told, MAYBE Id need to another wisdom tooth extracted? A definitive answer is required, why extract teeth that dont require removing? And finally, no X-Ray equipment, so if your teeth are decaying, and may require an extraction, youll need to attend Royal Blackburn Hospital. This can take a week, or 3 weeks, dependant on availability-point being, practice doesnt have all of the necessary technology to ensure your teeth & gums are in pristine health.

I will never book with these again you miss one appt you have to get same day but then the dentist is never in practice. Ridiculous il

The only reason I have put 1 star is because I can't put none accidently mixed times up on my appointment so they couldn't see me that day which is understandable but now will not let me book another appointment because I missed 1 appointment and are saying I have to phone everyday bearing in mind I have already payed for my teeth to be taken out and still haven't got them done this for the receptionist the actual dentist is great and it's understanding
