L A Southworth Dental Surgery

My dentist was on holiday so when I had to have an emergency appointment, I was seen by Merve Nedzhipoglu. I let her know I'm a very nervous patient and she was absolutely wonderful with me! She was reassuring, very caring, offered me a pain relief injection, was extremely gentle and was very soothing and calming. As a very nervous patient it can be even more scary when you have to be seen by somebody you haven't seen before, but I can't recommend this lovely dentist enough. The receptionist and the dentists assistant were also very friendly, smiley and reassuring. Such a fantastic dental practice, that's why I've been a patient here for well over 20 years, I will not go anywhere else. Thankyou for being so lovely and sympathetic to us nervous patients. After many changes the surgery is now operating very efficiently. Many thanks to the ladies on reception who are always pleasant and help me to relax. They do a difficult job so keep doing what youre doing. Many thanks to my dentist Dr Merve who has done an incredible job on my teeth whilst dealing with a very nervous patient.

Waste of time, don't even bother. I've been with this practice since I was a child and recently they have just gone downhill. Constantly cancelling appointments and they never answer the phones anymore. By the time they do see you they do so much unnecessary work and just weaken all your teeth further, giving you problems you didn't even have before.

Don't know why this is still called LA Southworth, Louise doesn't practice there. She was amazing I went to her for about 30 year's.

Having only just found a dentist in these last few months, M Nedzhipoglu has been brilliant with my deep cavity and root canal especially given my experiences in the past with other dental practices. Would highly recommend.
