        Not even worth the 1 star. Awful customer service they have lost my parcels and I have been waiting 3 weeks for an update. No phone number to contact just an online chat which is no help at all! DO NOT SEND WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

        Couldn't even be bothered getting the van to deliver my parcel and took it back to depot

        Lazy driver couldn't be arsed visiting more than one address on my street. Left my parcel across at my neighbours with his without even trying mine. The first time he came on my property was to put a card through the door telling me my parcel was with my neighbour! I was in watching him.

        Dpd local UK are rubbish service as phone connects but no one speaks from their side..can hear workers talking in the background but NO ONE Speaks on the phone!! Tried twice and both times same thing. The staff / manager needs to be looked into.
