Went for 2 drinks charged me 1 extra . When I quiried it response was cream extra mate. Even though it clearly stated included on menu board. So no won't be going again.

The team at Easycoffee both Darwen and Blackburn sites are brilliant. They are always on the move and proactive. Most staff remember my drink which I think is really personal and great customer service. The treats are nice and the coffee shop is always clean too. Keep up the good work team !

Not sure about customer service, value for money is poor I ordered an item described as a sausage bap, never really had reason to complain when ordering this product in the last 49 years of my life What I received was:- 1 sausage cut into 2 halves, plus a further half sausage on bread I thought there must have been a mistake but when I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told We had ran out of baps, thats all the sausage you get, they staff didnt seam to take my comments seriously

Great customer service, great value for money, always a greated with a friendly smile.and quick service. The girls and the new fellas all seem really nice and will be going more regular since I use the centre
