Worst experience ever. Placed an order for a package back 3 months ago (6 items). Got no replies to my messages or calls and or emails for weeks at a time and each time they did was another excuse. Communication was terrible, seemed like Alex was dealing with my order entirely. Refused to refund me the 5 times I have asked in Total. They won't give your money back but force you to have the product!! I will not be using again and will not recommend then either. I will be sharing this experience with others on my platforms. In the end, still missing an item lol.

The first review I left. This company asked me to remove because it was based on customer service and delivery times. And Id not received my products. I removed it and said Id leave a new review on receipt of my goods. First of all. Delivery time took a lot longer than I was told. And customer service is extremely poor. They take a long time to reply to messages if they do reply at all. So, I received my order. First problem was a massive stain on the mens T-shirt I ordered. Like a grease stain. I contacted them and explained I needed it for a dog show I have this week. They promised to send a replacement last week. Still havent received the replacement nor have they replied to my messages. So one of our team now has no top to go to shows with tomorrow. Second of all. The quality is ok. But the detail on my dogs eyes is poor. His eyes are blatantly wonky. When I messaged about it they basically said I should have spotted it on the proof they sent. So hey ho. Not much I can do about that. All in all really dissatisfied with the customer service and delivery time. And even more disappointed about receiving a top with a big stain on that cant be worn. Absolute waste of money. (Washed it and it wont even wash out). Wont use this company again. And Ill not be recommending them to any of my friends family or followers.
