Sestos Chicken and Pizza

Id give it a 0 if i could.. 30quid on food that i wouldnt feed to my dog. I called and asked them to collect the food and give me my money back they just passed the phone around and said they would send me more garbage that i didnt want. Eventually they put the phone and refused to answer it. I went down the day after i waited for the boss for 30mins in the shop. He eventually turned up.. I told him what happened he went into the back and ignored me then came out to shout at me telling me im a lier and his food is the best. I told him i wanted my money back he asked were the food was. I told him on the kitchen side at hone if he wanted to come and collect it. He told me no money back and continued to shout at me. Absolutely horrendous

Chicken was rusty, chips were mouldy and hard! I am disgusted with the food quality and will never be ordering from here again.

I feel sorrry for the man behind the desk hes lovely. The biss is so rude. Shouting at customer's when they have an issue refusing to admit the problems and taking people's money and giving them absolute trash
