Both Will and Joe have completed Home Buyers surveys for us in the last 12 months. Their survey reports are super detailed and thorough, and dealing with them to organise things is streamlined and efficient! Would absolutely recommend Cre8 Surveyors and will use them again when the time comes!

As a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea what to expect with a home survey. I rang a couple of places and Cre8 was of the lower price range (not the cheapest) but had the best reviews and now I know why. Will was honest when I explained our situation that the house wasn't old but hadn't been looked after by the Tennants living there. He advised the level 2 survey would be most appropriate. It was all arranged swiftly and for some reason the estate agent hadn't told him about the detached (and in a slightly inconspicuous place). Will then offered to go back a different day and assess this for us and did so. The report - what can I say! It is so detailed and as somebody who doesn't understand building terms Will calls you and gives you a verbal summary and explains everything thoroughly so that you understand. Then the full report followed within 3 days! I wouldn't hesitate to use Cre8 or Will again and would highly recommend. It is definitely worth paying a little extra for this outstanding service. Will has undertaken two HomeBuyer surveys for me in the last couple of months and every aspect of the service he has provided has been first class. As someone who is relatively new to property investment, I have greatly appreciated the time he has taken to explain the process and the issues he has identified during the surveys. I will definately be using cre8 for my next properties and would highly recommend.
