Alfie's Outside Catering

Agreed to cater a buffet. Cancelled the week before and is yet to return my money. Paid for the buffet in full and not had a penny back. Avoid!!!!

Absolutly terrible! Use at your own peril....We used alfies for our wedding in october 2022 we ordered pie, chips and gravy but not everybody got chips and gravy as they ran out half way through (it gets worse) we also ordered desserts at an extra 120 but these apparently went to a different venue, we didnt let it bother us at the time so called alfies up the day after and was told we would get a 120 refund....we are still waiting for said refund and now alfies (laura) is ignoring all our calls, emails and texts so basically stolen 120 off us! Disgusting people and would strongly advise other people not to use them unless you have money to loose. Mr & Mrs Fairclough

Paid and agreed for option 2 buffet. On the day so many items food were missing. She wasnt sorry at all and made no effort to rectify. However I got many excuses why they were missing ie supply issues- (tea cakes!!?) she had a cold. She wasnt sorry and no interest to sort it out. Please dont waste your money, like I did. Plenty of other caterers who wont let you down and deliver what is agreed!
