Looking for a car is never easy. We stumbled accross these guys by accident. It was only a couple of brief friendly calls on a Sunday. We got there to look at a specific car. Within half an hour we had a brief test drive on our own. No issue at all.. tossed us the key and trade plates. Off we went.. came back..agreed a price.. and away we went. 30min after arriving we had the paperwork and 3 month warranty, all the documentation and the keys. There was the added bonus of 12 months free AA cover after we spotted a leaflet on his desk. Lovely guy, very friendly.. opened up for us even though he was dealing with a family bereavement from the day prior. So.. friendly, professional service and we had everything done and dusted within 30min. Yes.. we checked the car properly and were covered by a 90 day warranty. Thanks guys.. your worth a great review in our book.

I had the opportunity to sell my Mercedes to the company. Saf Patel came over to inspect it and gave a honest assessment on the conditions of my car. I have no idea nor have any knowledge about the knocks and had been reprayed when I first bought it. He had to reduce the offer and after a bit of brotherly negotiation, we agreed a fair price. The transaction was done smoothly and completed all the necessary paperwork as well as changing the ownership online at the dvla. The payment went through very quickly. Both Saf and his friend were very friendly and gave some tips about car maintenance. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Thank you.

EXCELLENT friendly helpful service from start to finish. Amazing faultless car. I drove 3 hours to get the Honda CRV 1.6L diesel and it was really worth the drive. Saf was the most helpful and honest dealer to date, and I spent many hours/weeks looking around. PLEASE do NOT get this business 'The Car Company NW Ltd' mixed up with the one in Leamington Spa - which has terrible Reviews!
