I've got to be careful what I say, however I purchased a car from this garage 4 months ago. The car has had a bad radiator leak and I asked Whitestone to cover some of the repair costs. They haven't been able to commit to anything saying I was in the wrong for not reporting the fault sooner. However, I'm not a mechanic and for a small fault I would happily have covered the cost and not have bothered the dealer at all. I need a car for work and I cannot afford to be off the road, therefore I have had to swallow this large cost. Whitestone are very dismissive of this. Used Cars break that we can all accept, but the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is very clear on these matters. I don't believe Whitestone sells bad cars, but when things go wrong I do not have any confidence that they will be there for customers. Therefore, I am unable to recommend this dealer and I will not be buying any more cars from them in the future.

Called in to view a car.Spoke to chris who left me the key and to look round it.Went on a test drive and decided to buy.At no time did I feel pressured or harassed,he just said give us a shout.Ieceived a great offer on my part-ex and a few days later got a call your car's ready.When Iwent to pick it up,he sorted the tax gave me a brand new MOT, and then gave me a guided tour of all the knobs,dials and functions.Fantastic chap and top quality service.Would actually recommend these people,and I don't do this lightly.Once again Top Chaps
