Had car reserved appointment to buy as I was on my way to get the car they messaged me saying they had sold it on me, obviously couldn't care less about the customer only about wouldn't recommend bunch of clowns, glad I missed out after reading all these awful reviews anyway.

IF I COULD 0 stars even that would be far to generous I bought a lovely car 6 months ago. You would assume most dealers are decent people who have good business practisesyou would be VERY VERY WRONG with this dealer. Since day 1 all I had was nothing from problems. From not receiving any warranty at all after 3 months of chasing it has finally arrived in time for all the hidden problems which they had covered up to begin to appear. Most of which have not been covered by the warranty. After contacting the dealer directly he has been nothing but argumentative and rude during the whole process stating that even though a timing belt service should have been completed at 84,000 miles by them. It wasnt therefore when I bought the car at 89,000 miles I was totally in the dark until today I found out when the timing belt broke as it had NEVER BEEN SERVICED OR REPLACEDthe car was made in 2012 and should have been done every 5 years max. This is now costing me well over a thousand to fix the timing belt along with the whole host of issues caused by the dealers ignorance, rudeness and incompetence as a business person. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP AND GO ELSEWHERE.

A good friend of mine purchased a Vauxhall Insignia from these clowns which she brought to my garage within a couple of weeks of purchasing the car for a health check to ensure all was well as Id advised her to do so,car had a few minor issues which were mot fails such as battery insecure,number plate lights obscured with masking tape from likely having some previous body repair,tyre close to limit etc,the main issue was the gearbox,it was making a horrendous noise,suspect bearing failure,I wrote a report on the issues found to which he did absolutely nothing to resolve,dragged the issue out,got took to court and lost,reluctantly refunded money,he has said car back up for sale so avoid like the plague

Great car at a good price. Had an issue with the Air Con system and contacted the garage, they were extremely helpful and never hesitated with the repair of the system. My car was sorted the next day and I was given a courtesy car to use while the repairs was completed. Excellent customer service and friendly, approachable staff.

This is what was taken off my rear wheel, whoever fixed?brakes didn't the bolts were welded on , there were wheel nuts missing.lots of stuff.he even charged me to use my debit card as I couldn't transfer money a.on bank app.im ringing and sending letters, no replies the person is a joke.
