The whole experience was appalling. Booking the service was a nightmare and even then the confirmation email had the wrong time on. They were going to charge me despite my having a service plan and they having checked twice during booking. I had arranged to wait as I had been told service would only take an hour but it took 2.5 hours. I had asked them to look at the glovebox cover as it sometimes sprung open but they claimed it had been damaged by being forced which it hadn't been but they have managed to damage it! (Still awaiting to hear from them about a warranty claim to Renault)

Wayne made the whole process very easy for me as he did all the hard work sorting out finance and the trade in of my car and all relevant paperwork. He treated me like a valued customer. The figures and finance were explained very clearly to me and everything was transparent. Wayne took great care to explain everything and ensure that I understood every part of the process. Very professional, friendly and I'm very happy with my brand new Dacia Sandero Stepway which I collected on the 3rd of March 2023 Thank you very much Wayne for all your support, appreciate it. Asked to bring the car in for 10am and it was not taken in until 14.12.
