What a wonderful company. All their cars were immaculately kept and the staff so very helpful. They made my car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right and Im over the moon with my new car. Cant recommend them enough!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! I bought a car from them, it had some travel in the brake pedal, I was told by the owner (of 20 yrs experience) that the back brakes had been replaced and to pump the brake pedal and they would bed in. The pictures are from after having the car for 30 mins at most. CAR WRITTEN OFF AND MY SONS IN FRONT OF ME WRITTEN OFF. I called the following day only to be told that I wasn't under any obligation to buy the car!, this was the main response. Never asked if we were injured or anything. She did say that I could bring the car in and they would check the brakes. After 5 mins off telling her the brakes didn't work, when I told her for the 3rd time the car had been written and I couldn't bring it in to be checked she said "Why did you right it off", might have something to do with the brakes?????. If you look at a car and have the slightest doubt, walk away from it.

every time i change car i go to master cars in blackurn. I am never disappointed. I always get what I expect from this used car dealership. I've bought a few cars there and they've always been perfect. staff super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. not much of that my mom and brother also buy cars only in master cars. thank you for everything i will always come back to you
