Absolute nightmare if anything goes wrong with your car. Within a month of purchasing a car through Hippo the engine went. They wont provide a courtesy car or take the car back until after a diagnostic report done and the garage they provided cant get it done for two more days. Been without a car for 6 days now and they lack any empathy or care for how upsetting and frustrating it is to be provided a car not fit for purpose. Really disappointed and gutted at the service received.

This company is total rip off on vehicle they will sell you stating its a reliable car so and so and then when you receive the vehicle you get so much headache and problems then when you contact them regarding it they say they cant do anything to help. Absolutely bombarded me in to finance and now am stuck with a faulty car that didn't even last 7months. I am suffering from depression and anxiety due to this company. Please do not buy from this company. I bought a mercedes cla 180 amg sport as the sales person gave me confident that their vehicles are checked to a standard for trade and customers satisfaction the vehicle got delivered to me on the 3rd of October 2022 at first the when starting the vehicle up the temperature gauge was going all the way up to max point where the engine could of blown up then i contacted them and then got this repaired as they paid for it then i had a suspension the same month which they paid for as well, now the vehicle has been making loud clunk noise went to several garages and they could not tell what the issue was so i went to main dealers paid for diagnostic of 162.65 and what they found was major clutch and flywheel needs changing, crankshaft seal needs changing and disc and brake pads also need changing because the company put aftermarket brake pad that are not right fitment for the carrier and it caused wrapped to(damage) the disc now i contacted them and they are saying because of the time length of vehicle i have had is something they will look at but unfortunately wont be able to do anything. At this moment. Only had the vehicle 6-7 months from oct delivery. Absolutely disgusted with this company. Goods Value for repair is 2,631.48+101.40 and warranty would not cover this even though i have gold package.
