I'd been connected with Louisa for a long time and I'd always admired her strategic thinking so when the opportunity arose to become a BETA member of her InclUSion community, I took her up on the offer. The promise of a business-related membership governed by Louisa's trademark ease and friendly nature seemed like an excellent shout, and I wasn't wrong. InclUSion is a vibrant, welcoming community that offers business owners the opportunity to bounce ideas around, ask for feedback, connect with like-minded people, and chat about the ups and downs of being a business owner. The group calls - Virtual Co-Working, Networking and Accountability, respectively - have been a joy to attend. From quelling the anxieties of attendees to offering articulate, actionable advice to anyone who needs it, Louisa takes her time to give value to all who stop by. You're very much free to be yourself. I'd highly recommend the InclUSion community to business owners looking to welcome more community and clarity into their biz.

I joined Louisa Inclusion group only a couple of weeks ago but I LOVE it .... it has a different vibe and offers different avenues form the weekly goal setting accountability part to the networking and I particularly love the co working group where you allocate what task you want to achieve and the others in the group hold you accountable ... ... its such great discipline , but is friendly and supportive ... im loving finding out more about the members and its a real family vibe - but equally business focused as well - what every lonely sole business owner needs .. Louisa is a fab host and has done a fab job in getting this off the ground...she really is genuinely interested in each one of us and includes a 1to 1 coffee catch up chat so she get s to find out about you and your business ... give it a try you've nothing to lose and everything to gain. its a 5 stars from me ... and Im quite a tough cookie !

After being booked by a company to create and run three different online outplacement workshops (on LinkedIn, interview skills and CV writing), I realised I needed some help if I was going to hit the deadline I needed to work to and to ensure the workshops ran smoothly. Workflow Virtual had an excellent reputation for being able to provide tech VA support. I also knew that Louisa had experience of outplacement and that she was a LinkedIn expert. So, I felt confident I was asking the right person for help. Louisa and her team at Workflow Virtual were fantastic. The two main things they supported me with were: 1) Online booking system set up: I hadnt used my online booking system (Acuity Scheduling) for group bookings before. I had no idea how to set this up! I wanted to ensure delegates could easily book onto the workshops and that they would receive a series of automated confirmation and reminder emails and text messages. Louisa tasked this to one of her team members (Matt) and in addition to setting up everything properly for me, he secured me a three month credit with Acuity when he spotted that some of the softwares functionality wasnt working as it should be. 2 Technical and practical support during the workshops: As it was the first time I would be running workshops online (instead of in person), I wanted to make sure that the tech ran smoothly. Louisa was on hand throughout all the workshops in case any issues materialised with Zoom. Because of her expertise in outplacement and LinkedIn, I was also able to ask her to support group tasks, which was an added bonus and fantastic help. All of this support was provided at relatively short notice. Louisa and her team were professional, friendly and fast to act. I will definitely be using Workflow Virtual again and recommend that anyone reading this testimonial (who needs help with their business) uses them too. I chose to work with Louisa because I wanted a bespoke approach. Louisa went above and beyond to get to know me, my business, my story, my brand and what I wanted to achieve from LinkedIn, she really listened. That was important to me and I could ask any question and she would spend time on that particular task or lesson. Louisa also believed in me, championed me and celebrated with me when I started getting results. After one of her suggestions I got 75,000 views on a post! One size certainly doesn't fit all and that is why working with Louisa was so brilliant because she absolutely tailored the learning to me. She was comfortable digging deep to find out what I wanted / needed from LinkedIn and then delivered exactly to my needs as an individual. I have since experimented with a couple of free LinkedIn challenges but Louisa adds so much more value because of the personal approach. I highly recommend her and she continues to add value to what I do. I am pleased to say that Louisa has also become a friend and someone who's opinion I highly value.
