        After being with Nationwide for 30 very happy years I am now considering moving as their interest rates and not competitive enough. Otherwise all the staff have provided a first class service warm friendly courtesious professional.

        Spoke to Vikki on the phone she was incredibly helpful. Ended up passing by the branch with further questions and spoke to her and colleague Freeda (?) who appeared to be training but was also great help.

        What opportunity have people who work later than 3pm got of going into branch? Accrington closes at 2pm. Weekends branches are closed.
