        I purchased some bricks, cement, plasterboards, lintels for garage extension. One or two cement and plasterboard adhesive bags arrived broken, but the driver said it's OK as they will be used anyway. But when I have not used at least half of the above materials (the builder wrongly ordered many stuff), they refused to accept them back. I don't understand where is the problem to accept unused bricks, plasterboards or lintel back if they are still not used. Also the driver forgot about the broken bags he delivered from the warehouse and even those they said no refund. It ended up that I have to take everything to waste and lost about 200. Better go to other building suplies as those won't accept anything back even if you still return it with 28 days. Absolutly nightmare.
