I had a cartilage piercing done here which was fine. The aftercare, however, was not. I returned for the recommended three week welfare check particularly because I had problems with the top coming off the jewellery inserted and had to replace it with a barbell that I had to stop the unsealed hole from closing up. The two members of staff were busy with a stock check, the labret and top that I wanted was not available until a delivery was made that day or the day after so my mobile number was taken for notification and that was it! No checking of the piercing and, three days later, no call. The piercing was sore, weeping and bleeding by then. A visit to a professional and responsible establishment has thankfully remedied that and a more suitable piece inserted. Service: Ear piercing
