        First time with a BMW car so first experience of using Bowker BMW. Absolutely top drawer. The place itself is clean, smart and looks like it's just opened (even though it's been there a while). I was seen to by Andrew the senior service manager. Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed of everything throughout the day and collected my car the next morning. Courtesy car was delightful. Highly recommended, people say there's a reason you should go to the main dealers. Bowker shows why that is so.

        Totally unprofessional- went to look at a 1 series as a cash buyer, was told in a backwards way to prove how serious I was in terms of funding(never judge a book by its cover). Can honestly say Im appalled, took my business elsewhere to the other side of the M65
