awful company , poor customer service . I have not receive my order yet , it's already been waiting for two months . it's a lot late than scheduled time . And I have got email to say that it's been detached but nothing came .

I love my new bed , it looks fantastic and the quality's great. The delivery date was pushed back a week but it was still a lot sooner than any of the larger bed companies could promise me. This is my second purchase from this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone Paul

If I could rate this 0 I would be. I was scheduled to receive my order on 02/04/2022. I was then told it wouldnt be delivered then and to contact Arista living. I emailed to be told they were having issues with the courier (fair enough!). I awaited a response from Arista living to be told we are hoping to re deliver your order next week, next week arrived and nothing- no communication. I emailed to be told due to an incorrect stock count we have had to recount everything before it can be picked. I then thought 10 days would be sufficient and so I emailed them again to ask for an update to then be told we should have this issue resolved by Monday (which would have been the 02/05/2022). I emailed again to be told we do have some stock being housed temporarily in a second warehouse. Regrettably, some parts of your order are in there. This was on the 13/05. I was told my order would be dispatched in around 2 weeks from this date and was asked if I wanted a refund or to wait and have a 5% refund, to which I said a 5% refund would be fine as I had waited this long for the bed. My order eventually got delivered this morning and I thought this dilemma was all over. No. The box was damaged, the bed inside was damaged and I only have half of my bed! I have a headboard, sideboards and a mattress. No end of the bed, no slats and no instructions. Please save yourself the stress and order from somewhere else. Disgusting customer service, care and attention to detail.

Avoid this company!!!! Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They do not want to help you, their attitude is shocking. Waited 8/9 weeks for the bed and delivery wait is ridiculous to. They didnt want to do anything to help us or make things quicker when my girlfriend is pregnant and was forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Shocking company and shocking standards. Stay away.

Absolutely awful! Bed arrived damaged and told we had to take delivery. Arranged for replacement to be sent, took a day off work and waited nothing has arrived and no communication. This company should be closed down and avoided like the plague! Worst online retailer out there; Buy at your peril!!!
