        Bought a small autoclave from this company 2 years ago. Since then it's done just 15 cycles and has stopped working. I contacted customer service to see about getting it fixed and was told that unless I pay 400 for a service contract that they wouldn't be able to help I was also told that I would also have to pay for any parts that may be needed. So assuming it's a faulty circuit board or worse it would cost me 600 - 700 to fix a machine that only cost 1100 when new.I questioned how it can break down after only 15 cycles and was told that I am probably under using it. absolutely shocking customer service.

        Very Unprofessional. Rip off. Very incompetent engineers. We bought Autoclave (their own manufactured and brand) for over 5000 around 2 years ago and was regularly serviced and maintained by them. Machine got faulty around a month ago. They have charged us nearly 2000 but still not able to fix the machine. The engineer had been to our premises 3 times and couldnt fix it so took it to their workshop and repaired it and charged us extortionate money but when it was returned to its still not fixed and same problem with autoclave after over a month. Stay away. There are so many others more competent company out there who can provide better service at much more reasonable price. ONE MORE THING NEVER EVER BUY THEIR AUTOCLAVE. ONCE YOU BOUGHT THEIR MACHINE THEY LOCK YOU IN AS NO ANY OTHER COMPANY WANT TO TOUCH THEIR MACHINE. BEWARE.
