Had cheek and neck waxing a few years ago from them, they used a wax that is bad for sensitive skin (I didn't have sensitive skin before using their service), they didn't clean my face or give me aloe vera after and told me not to wash my face for a day after ,a recipe for disaster. I did what they said and it caused me really bad acne on my cheeks. I have suffered from acne since that one session, and have many scars on my face. I had complained on their Instagram but they blocked me after commenting. Do not go here. Service: Waxing
