I came in for eyelash extensions and she completely trimmed off all my natural lashes to put on fake lashes which only lasted over a week. When I pointed out I wasnt happy about this she said that was how the work is carried out. I then had to return for another appointment to get a new set put on Because the lashes had fallen off so soon and with having no natural lashes underneath it looked awful. She made me wait for over half and hour at this appointment, previous time it was longer, and I noticed she did not change the towels or wipe down the beds in between clients. When I asked for a clean towel to put my head on because a previous client had been lying on it she said I was being difficult. Her place is very filthy and unhygienic. She is dealing with multiple clients at the same time and making clients wait half way through treatment whilst she deals with other clients. Didnt see her wash her hands once whilst working with nail extensions, to doing eyelashes/ eyebrow, touching people faces and waxing. Theres no organisation and she also does not except card payments. Shes booking in as many clients as possible for maximum profit but not bothered about providing a proper hygienic service. Will not visit here again. Service: Eyelash extensions

They are really good with nails but the reason why i gave it's 3 stars because I'm deaf its absolutely nightmare they don't even bother to reply back even on Facebook message and Instagram!!!! A few months ago i got text said ok had booked me down for get my nails on the same day appointment finally!!! But when i was on the way only like one min away then i got text from them said sorry its cancel appointment because nail technician didn't turn up?! When i reply back to make an another appointment they wasnt that bother to reply me back!!!!!!!! Its disgraceful! Not very deaf friendly service! So very disappointing!!
