My lash girl had been on holiday so I had to find someone to do my infills I contacted the brookside after seeing on there website the price 30 for Russian infills. The lady on reception took my booking and was friendly.. I came from the other side of bolton once there was told to sit and wait Lydia came out about 6 minutes after my app time took me in asked what I wanted then never said one more word to me I was lay there for around 40 mins in this time I could hear her fiddling about half the time and only touching my face properly around 10 times before she told me she'd finished she passed the mirror to my utter disappointment I looked nearly exactly the same she'd not even put any on the e d of my eyelids she'd added a few tiny lashes disgusting. I asked her is thar 30 she said 25 then went on to tell me a load of excuses about the timing of the appointment which it doesn't mention anything about time on the website. She also said I'd need a new set which i know is bull because I'd had them done 2 and a half weeks before. I've been to a few people over the years and have always come out with full lashes which you would expect for what your paying. Stupidly I paid I didn't get a goodbye nothing so rude. I rang 10 mins after leaving to complain the girl answered and obviously I was livid she told me that Lydia had told her she shouldn't of booked anyone in for infills so right there I new she had taken her annoyance of the app out on me a paying customer the girl who I think was called Emma put the phone down on me I rang back twice for it to say Emma is on another line probably on the phone to her manager. I left a message asking for someone to call me back and heard nothing absolutely disgusting behaviour think they can just ignore people and it will go away which after reading some of the reviews other people have had similar experiences Avoid this place horrible customer service and no regard to people's complaints and the manager or who is running this place should be ashamed of themselves hiding away.
