        i have been going to imran barbers for a very long time since i moved here in 2014,i can honestly say he's the best i have been to, very polite,professional and clean, i have been taking my kids to him from day one and they all love going to him, I would recommend him to anyone that needs a haircut, best in Blackburn 5 star rating ( if there was any rating higher thats exactly what he would be getting ) Services: Hot towel shave, Head shave, Hair shape up, Straight razor shave, Shave, Groom packages, Fade cut, Kids' cuts, Waxing, Beard trim, Scissor cut, Perms, Beard maintenance, Razor cut
