        What bank is hardly open?? They're useless. Can't do anything I need cos they're never open. Same goes with most banks I know. But it's just pathetic of them.

        Went in 3 times this morning waited ages each time to ask someone about be an ISA. Nobody was around to ask. Went to 3 other banks in Blackburn and got help straight away ended up buying an ISA elsewhere
