        We used Aldrock Surveyors over a problem we had with United Utilities who wanted 1,700 Surface Water Drainage charges per annum for a small yard in Lytham. In order to challenge United Utilities you have to appoint a surveyor and have a full site survey professionally drawn up. Aldrock were great. They conducted the survey and helped with the negotiations and our annual fee surface water drainage is now nil - that's right - nothing! still can't believe it. Well done lads. First class service and a reasonable price too.
