Wayne has been a wonderful help to us whilst we are looking to buy a property. He has advised us on possible extensions, loft conversions etc on properties we have been looking at. He's very easy to get along with and explains our options perfectly. Penrith will definitely be helping and advising on our future extension or re modelling project. We are very appreciative of Wayne's help so far and I would highly recommend him and his company.

We previously went with another architect which were ignorant and uncompromising. Since dealing with Penrith Architects things have gone much more smoothly and the way we wanted our design. We have been kept up to date with all information and correspondence with each step. I would highly recommend Penrith Architects to anyone wanting to apply for planning permission. I spoke with Wayne asking for advice and costings to draw up plans for a two story side extension. Wayne visited my house, he was friendly and easy to work with as I explained my plans and exactly what I wanted. Wayne advised me of the whole process and what needed to be done throughout the planning application. Im so glad I employed Waynes services, without his knowledge and detail drawings my application would have been rejected. Originally the planner had concerns over a couple of things in my application and noted he couldnt support the application without me answering some questions. Wayne provided detailed explanations backed up with drawings fully explaining why my application should be approved, on receipt of Waynes response the planner agreed with the comments and full planning permission was approved, without us having change anything. Wayne provided me with all the necessary drawings, in such detail that any builder will understand. Im currently using these drawings to obtain quotes ready for my project to begin.
