We've moved into a Miller home and unfortunately Millers cut lots of corners. After 9 months of being in the property majority of the snags have been done, however, many still remain outstanding. Unfortunately they layed our lawn on lumpy clay soil so our whole back garden is uneven, lumpy and gathering water in large parts killing our grass. My son constantly falls over when hes outside so can no longer play there. The garden is unfit for purpose and Millers just won't sort it out and won't redo our lawn. I'm now having to pay a gardener to come sort this out costing me a large amount after getting the hrass as part of the extras with Miller homes. The snags that are left, they now just won't come back to do and the site manager even signed us off to say all snags are done WITHOUT our consent when many still remain. Its been a really poor experience for us. I dont like leaving bad reviews but they just won't sort the issues out and others who are completing with them soon should know ehat they're getting themselves into. I have plenty of pictures of unsorted snags so if anyone wants to see these please feel free to respond and I will upload more.
