After being told suddenly my contract was at an end Louis came up with a position that was suitable straight away. He also made time to have a face to face with me. Discuss me as a person and what I was looking for. I appreciate his positivity, his attitude and his time and I now have a new position starting Monday. Doughnuts are on their way!! Thank You.

I had a prep call with a recruitment consultant prior to my first interview which I deemed very helpful. I then went on to have 3 interviews with a prospective company and then complete radio silence from the recruiter (interviews finished in December 2021). I would not be looking to use their services again.

To start with pretty decent. Then overtime despite phone call you're left alone no communications despite obvious roles that match that are advertised. Reason is apparently because I'm not a member of CIMA despite having certificates. They claim it's to cover them as a company. However there's two issues here big ones. I have my own company and have indemnity insurance, thus nullifying there's claim to qualifations or I wouldn't get the insurance. But foremost I do not need membership to call myself qualified. I just cannot used CIMA after my name. This email was sent to the powers that be but no response. Awful considering other agencies manage to place me and gave references from their clients I do a " bang up job". Hardly the feedback you'd expect when placed into prestigious companies at a corporate level huh!!!

I had approached Rutherford Briant in order to apply for a role they had advertised. After talking to Sam he explained that it would not have been the right opportunity for me and then talked about another role which I ended up securing. Sam took the time to listen in order to understand my needs and wants from a new role and matched these perfectly. Thank you very much! Additionally, the video summary is a great touch!
