        Terrible customer service - took a day off for Solitaire Windows to come and quote for replacement windows and doors but not only did they not turn up, when I called I was offered no apology - just told that the chap had got "stuck on site" and would call to rearrange. However, they didn't even have the decency to call me back at all!! Beware if you are going to use this company.
